A purpose-built service for creating reports of the faculty, staff and students published in the UF Health Directory.
What does it do, and who is it for?
The UF Health Directory Report Builder allows you to build reports containing information about people at UF Health (including faculty, staff, and students across all regions). This information includes:
- General profile information (biography/education/achievements, contact, job titles, etc.)
- Research activity (publications, presentations, research grants, patent awards, etc.)
- Teaching activity (courses taught)
- Clinical information (board certifications, specialties, research interests, etc.)
The Report Builder allows you to create your own reports quickly, using a system of straightforward rules that determine who, and what, your report will include. And you don’t need to have software development resources or knowledge to use it.

Common use cases
Here are a few examples of the kinds of questions you can answer using this report builder:
- Does everyone in my unit have correct phone numbers and emails?
- What academic articles have been published to PubMed this year by faculty in my department?
- Of all the clinical care providers in my college, who has listed Respiratory Toxicology or Acute Respiratory Failure as research interests?
- What research grants have been awarded to students in the College of Nursing?
