COVID-19 Photography Guidelines

On May 7, 2020, UF Health required face coverings in all facilities. As well, we practice physical distancing (6 feet apart) and proper hand sanitizing. For the safety and protection of our patients and staff, our highest priority is to ensure that our photos and videos depict proper use of face coverings and physical distancing, per national guidelines. Only photography or videography of a sole individual is permitted without a face covering. We will consider two individuals in a single shot/scene, so long as they are physically distancing. Not adhering to these guidelines puts our staff and patients in jeopardy, and there may be legal ramifications should we depict something that departs from the guidelines. Additionally, following these guidelines will model best practices. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We stand with other academic institutions that are following these best practices.
