We have added a new and helpful field to UF Health Directory profiles that allow you to add the profile of another user as an Administrative Assistant for contact purposes.
In the “Contact Details” section of a directory profile and look for the Administrative Assistant heading below the phone numbers and email addresses. Click on the “+Add” button to add the profile of a person from the directory. Search the directory by typing in their name, then select the label you prefer to display just above their information. The options are: Default (title as shown in the directory), Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Assistant. Note: you can only designate one person as the administrative contact for each profile.
