The Form Card block will display a form as a card. The form should be created using the Gravity Forms plugin available on your site. Once the block is added you can select a form to display from the drop down list of saved forms. An image can accompany the form, if desired. This block is intended for use on Homepage or Landing page templates, and the Gravity Forms block should be used to embed forms on internal pages.
